Job summary
Clover Health in the United States is seeking a Senior Compensation & Stock Analyst to advance our compensation function through AI, modernizing processes and driving transparency. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to support equity programs and ensure compliant, scalable compensation practices.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of compensation experience, including stock admin and regulatory know-how.
- Advanced experience with AI tools to improve processes.
- Experience automating HR/compensation workflows.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, Payroll and HRIS.
- Hands-on with HRIS systems such as Excel, Workday, Shareworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end annual compensation and bonus cycle planning.
- Administer equity programs with new-hire and refresh grants.
- Develop AI-enabled compensation policies and scalable workflows.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS on compliance.
- Provide analyses and materials for executives and the Compensation Committee.
