Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Staff Compensation Data Analyst (IC4) to lead global compensation modeling, equity design, and AI-assisted analytics from a remote base in Costa Rica. This role will drive strategy and governance across merit, equity, and incentive programs while partnering with Finance, Legal, and Stock Administration.

You’ll implement scalable data pipelines, leverage Carta and AI tools, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, market-aligned compensation decisions
