Job summary

Experian, a global data and technology company, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for a remote position. You will advise HR and leaders on compensation strategies, leverage market data and AI-enabled tools, and help align programs with policies and regulations.

You will report to the Senior Compensation Director and collaborate with the Global Total Rewards team to administer base pay, incentives, and executive compensation while monitoring wage-hour and equal pay laws across states.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in compensation or related roles.
Experience with AI-powered analytics/tools.
Knowledge of wage/hour regulations.
Experience presenting to management.
Advanced Excel and HR systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

Advise HR and business leaders on compensation decisions, market practices, and business needs.
Analyze market and economic trends and recommend updates to compensation programs.
Use AI-enabled tools to improve compensation analysis, reporting, processes, and workforce insights.
Evaluate new and revised roles and recommend salary grades within the company's job structure.
Help plan and administer base pay, incentive, and executive compensation programs.
Monitor federal, state, and local compensation requirements, including wage and hour and equal pay regulations.
Develop compensation training and communication materials for HR teams and people managers.
Partner with the Global Total Rewards team on company-wide compensation and rewards programs.
