Clover Health is seeking a Senior Compensation & Stock Analyst who will be pivotal in evolving their compensation function through AI. This role combines compensation expertise with AI fluency to enhance transparency, efficiency, and insights in decision‑making.

The analyst will support compensation strategy across Clover while collaborating with Legal, Finance, HR, and vendors to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of compensation experience, particularly in equity programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant compensation experience guiding stock administration.
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools to improve business processes.
• Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and HRIS.
