Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager in Atlanta to lead compensation programs and equity initiatives for a fast-growing public-sector tech leader. You will own the full compensation toolkit, build data-driven workflows with AI, and partner with HRBPs, People Managers, and FP&A to ensure equity and competitiveness across markets.

You will guide program design, cycle execution, benchmarking, and enablement, while scaling processes with business growth and a strong data foundation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in compensation in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building compensation programs and scaling processes.
• Experience designing and administering equity programs.
• Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation programs, cycles, and variable pay across the org.
• Own equity planning, guidelines, vesting, and budget modeling.
• Develop analytics, reports, and tools to inform decisions.
• Create compensation content and training for HR and managers.
• Design AI-powered workflows to automate compensation tasks.
