Assurity Life Insurance Company seeks a Business Systems Analyst II to bridge business needs with AI-enabled engineering solutions. You’ll own end-to-end analysis, write acceptance criteria, and guide AI agents through requirements, test plans, and data mappings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, UAT leadership, and ongoing process improvement. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business analysis, strong SQL/MongoDB skills, and experience with Agile/Scrum.

Competenze

• 2+ years of business analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents on substantial analysis, documentation, or test-creation work.
• Experience with Agile development and Scrum.
• Experience with MS SQL databases and Mongo, and ability to read API contracts and JSON.
• Experience creating project charters, work summaries, and workflows in Lucid or similar tool.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, planning, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote team environment.

• Lead discovery and analysis with business users, document requirements and propose solutions.
• Direct AI agents to generate requirements, data mappings, tests, and validation queries.
• Create test cases and manage UAT, RESTful APIs, and database integrations.
• Communicate project status and baseline effort/quality.
• Provide ongoing system support and on-call rotation.
