Qualifications

• 2+ years of business analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents on substantial analysis, documentation, or test-creation work.
• Experience with Agile development and project management, including Scrum.
• Experience with reading API contracts and JSON.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and own the analysis; frame problems, document requirements, and propose solutions.
• Direct AI agent workflows, refine requirements, and validate outputs with business users.
• Design evaluations, create test plans, and coordinate UAT and production handoffs.
• Communicate project status, baseline effort, and measure adoption across teams.
• Provide system support and contribute to team practice and knowledge sharing.
