Assurity is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III in Lincoln, NE to own the relationship between business areas and engineering, delivering AI-ready specifications and leading cross-system initiatives.

You will build proofs of concept with AI agents, manage intake and backlog, and supervise acceptance with users, while coaching teammates to maintain quality, security, and trustworthy results across AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents and complex analysis.
• Experience owning the relationship, intake, and backlog for a business area.
• Experience coaching or mentoring analysts or teammates.
• Solid understanding of Agile development and project management, including Scrum and SQL/Mongo.

Responsabilités

• Owns outcomes, priorities, intake, backlog, and business relationships for an assigned area.
• Leads large, cross-system initiatives with scope, cost, and schedule oversight.
• Produces implementable AI-ready specifications with decision logic and data mappings.
• Documents requirements and proposes AI/automation solutions, comparing options by quality, cost, and risk.
• Writes acceptance criteria and coordinates production handovers with users.
