Formación

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business admin, CS, engineering or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Experience driving AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and visualization skills for data-driven decisions.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams in high-tech environments.
• Advanced communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders; use AI-powered tools to extract insights.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and use cases for IT projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and IT teams to design and validate AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans with QA/QE; assist with automating regression tests where applicable.
• Lead stakeholder communications and maintain alignment across the project lifecycle.
