Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, IT project coordination, product operations, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with business stakeholders across Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Lead requirements discovery by interviewing multiple teams to surface hidden requirements.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation of requirements, functional specs, and user stories.
• Liaise between business and IT throughout the project lifecycle, managing communication and clarifications.
• Own post-launch quality by reviewing dashboards, reports, and system outputs after every release.
• Track project status and communicate updates to stakeholders.
