Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business analyst experience including leading cross-system initiatives.
• Hands-on experience directing AI agents and validating outputs.
• Experience owning the relationship, intake, and backlog for a business area and writing implementable specifications with decision logic.
• Experience coaching or mentoring analysts.
• Experience with Agile development and project management; MS SQL and Mongo; ability to read API contracts and JSON.
• Experience creating project charters, work summaries, and workflows in Lucid or similar tool.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, planning, facilitation, stakeholder, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote team environment and to learn diverse technologies quickly.
• Demonstrated values of achievement, positivity, resourcefulness, and exactness.

Responsibilities

• Own the business area and deliver AI-ready specifications with decision logic and data definitions.
• Lead large multi-system initiatives with scope, cost, and schedule oversight.
• Produce AI-ready specifications and keep them current with implementation challenges.
• Document requirements and propose AI/automation solutions considering quality, cost, risk and user needs.
• Write acceptance criteria and confirm with users.
• Build proofs of concept and direct AI agents to validate requirements.
• Lead and coach analysts and teammates; conduct training for end-users.
• Test, verify, and carry solutions to production with UAT and controls.
• Communicate project status and measure outcomes; estimate time and provide updates.
• Provide system support and on-call rotation; handle production issues.
• Continuously innovate and keep skills up-to-date with AI developments.
