The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an AI Discovery Analyst to partner with FAS units, evaluating processes and proposing AI-enabled improvements. You will translate business needs into technical opportunities and collaborate with the AI team to deliver practical solutions.

This fully remote role requires strong facilitation, analytical skills, and comfort with enterprise AI tools. The position offers competitive benefits, a 40-hour week, and opportunities to impact campus operations

Formación

• Leads automation projects in a business context.
• Facilitates meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with FAS units to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Develop use cases and governance aligned with the FAS AI Framework; document problems, data, and outcomes.
• Assist users in selecting and deploying AI tools within workflows.
• Document findings, share lessons across units, and identify broader improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the FAS AI & Technology Community to align with broader initiatives.
