Qualifications

• Experience leading automation projects and in a business analyst role.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI productivity tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FAS units to identify improvement opportunities through AI.
• Develop, evaluate and govern AI use cases per governance framework.
• Maintain proficiency in enterprise AI tools and guide users.
• Document findings, decisions, and outcomes; share learnings.
• Collaborate across the FAS AI & Technology Community of Practice.
