Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an AI Technical Implementation Analyst to partner with FAS units and translate AI use cases into working solutions. You will work hands-on through prototyping, testing, and rollout, ensuring sustainability and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical business analysis, experience with enterprise AI platforms, APIs, and building reusable workflows. This is a fully remote role with standard UT benefits and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Experience managing automation projects and serving as a business analyst.
• Demonstrated experience building or deploying AI-assisted solutions with enterprise tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implemented solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and apply structured problem-solving methods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FAS units to implement AI use cases and prototype, test, and rollout solutions.
• Maintain hands-on proficiency with enterprise AI tools and support business users.
• Define ownership, support approach, and measurement for each solution; create reusable templates and docs.
• Liaise with ET AI Studio; identify platform limitations and coordinate infrastructure needs.
• Collaborate across the FAS AI & Technology Community to share learnings.
