Qualifications
- Work experience managing automation projects and in a business analyst role.
- Hands-on AI tool experience (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) beyond basics.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specs.
- Ability to analyze processes, identify root causes, and design solutions.
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted.
Responsibilities
- Partner with FAS units to implement approved AI use cases through prototyping, testing, and rollout.
- Maintain hands-on proficiency in enterprise AI tools and support business users.
- Define solution ownership, support approach, and measurement plans.
- Liaise with ET AI Studio to address complex tech needs and coordinate infra gaps.
- Collaborate across FAS AI & Technology Community of Practice.
