The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for an AI Discovery Analyst in Technology Resources. This fully remote role partners with FAS business units to identify AI opportunities, build use cases, document requirements, and support governance to improve efficiency and service delivery across campus.

You will lead stakeholder discussions, translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions, and coach staff on tools such as Claude Edu, ChatGPT Edu, and Microsoft Copilot.

Formación

• The role requires experience leading automation projects and in a business analyst capacity.
• Ability to facilitate meetings or workshops with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI productivity tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with FAS units to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Develop use cases, evaluate proposals, and ensure governance compliance.
• Provide guidance on AI tool usage and user support across units.
• Document findings and share lessons to reduce duplication across units.
• Collaborate across departments within the FAS AI Community of Practice.
