Qualifications

• Experience leading automation initiatives or business analysis.
• Proven ability to run meetings with diverse stakeholders.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) in professional settings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage FAS units to map processes and identify AI-enabled improvements.
• Develop and govern AI use cases per governance framework.
• Guide users in selecting appropriate AI tools and workflows.
• Document findings, share best practices, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate across the AI & Technology Community of Practice.
