You will own the data roadmap, govern data standards, and partner with multiple teams to deliver scalable analytics that improve operational excellence.

The role focuses on breaking silos, maturing AI capabilities (including Claude AI), and delivering measurable business impact as part of Accelerate 2030.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science, analytics, or AI in large-scale operations.
• 5+ years in leadership roles with analytics teams.
• Proven track record of enterprise-grade analytics solutions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance for TSSO assets and analytics infrastructure.
• Lead AI/analytics initiatives and data roadmap alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Develop and deploy dashboards and performance reporting across TSSO functions.
