Job summary

HUD in the United States is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive listings by reaching out to frontier AI labs and businesses. You will make calls, send emails, and follow up to turn conversations into complete listings that fit buyers’ needs.

You will work with a small commercial team, receive script-based training, and have opportunities to grow as you master outreach, objections handling, and closing prospects into active providers.

Qualifications

• Clear spoken and written English; confident starting conversations by phone.
• Persistence through unanswered calls and rejection.
• Organised notes and next steps with reliable follow-through.
• Comfort using everyday sales tools and taking feedback.

Responsibilities

• Make cold calls and send relevant emails and LinkedIn messages daily.
• Explain how listing on HUD works and why it may be valuable to the provider; answer questions and objections.
• Guide providers through sign-up and listing submission after interest is shown.
• Collect required information for a complete listing and assist providers when stuck.
• Keep contact records and meet daily outreach targets and weekly listing goals.
