Job summary

Nucleus Network is seeking a resourceful AI Automation & Operations Lead to identify, build, and implement AI-powered workflows across the organization. You’ll use existing AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and light development to solve operational problems, not build foundational models.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to map processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance CRM and relationship data across Advisory, Ventures, and Community. Remote role, US-time zone overlap required.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in automation, AI implementation, operations, or related field.
• Experience building working automations that solve real business problems.
• Strong practical understanding of generative AI and large language models.
• Ability to connect applications via APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI and automation.
• Map existing workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Design end-to-end AI automations using tools and APIs.
• Build lightweight internal tools, dashboards, or apps.
• Improve CRM and relationship tracking systems.
• Own implementation, testing, and deployment of automations.
• Drive adoption with nontechnical stakeholders.
• Document systems and establish governance for AI usage.
