Job summary

DNA325 is seeking a hands-on technical owner to lead AI and automation across its venture portfolio. You’ll own a clean, production-grade stack with no intermediate managers, shipping reliable agents and automations used by the business.

You’ll work directly with the founder and commercial lead, delivering fast iterations and expanding the stack as new ventures come online, all within a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Shipped production automations or AI-powered tools in real business contexts.
• Fluency with LLMs, APIs, and at least one automation platform (Make, n8n or Zapier).
• Python or equivalent scripting ability; able to write/debug scripts.
• Experience with vector search, RAG, agent frameworks and workflow orchestration.
• Design workflows with human approvals, error handling, and logs for observability.
• Strong documentation habits to keep systems maintainable.
• Comfort with ambiguity, working independently without full specs.
• English written and spoken communication at B2+ level.

Responsibilities

• Own AI development and automation across the entire portfolio end-to-end.
• Ship reliable agents and automations deployed in production within milestones.
• Build screening, scoring, and routing systems combining data and criteria.
• Create dashboards, CRM/workflows, and recurring-task automations.
• Maintain Notion/Google Workspace integrations and data hygiene.
• Collaborate directly with founder and commercial lead; no middle management.
• Document architectures and ensure maintainability for non‑technical teammates.
