Job summary

Cresta seeks a Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Agent, to build, deploy and optimize AI agents that transform customer businesses and delight end users. You will own the AI Agent lifecycle, manage customer relationships, and drive measurable outcomes with senior executives in fast-paced settings.

You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and product/engineering teams to shape tooling, integration, and best practices, turning ambiguity into actionable execution and delivering high ROI

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology consulting, implementations, product, or customer success roles.
• Hands-on with AI or LLM-first products and a bias for action.
• Experience leading complex deployments and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Agent outcomes for customers and define metrics that drive value.
• Own the deployment lifecycle from scoping to post-go-live optimization.
• Design, build, test and iterate on AI agents with FDEs and internal tools.
• Lead customer relationships and act as the main point of contact for AI Agents.
• Facilitate workshops with customer stakeholders to align on use cases and success criteria.
• Collaborate with FDEs to ensure smooth implementation and improvements.
• Improve playbooks for agent development and deployment.
