Job summary

Cresta is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Agent, to build and optimize AI Agents that transform customer outcomes. You will own each AI Agent and drive measurable value for our customers, partnering with Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy and refine integrations.

In a fast-paced startup environment, you will lead cross-functional efforts, manage executive relationships, and shape the future of AI-driven customer experiences with pragmatic problem solving and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles, ideally with AI or LLM-first products.
• Hands-on work style with a bias for action and urgency.
• Experience leading complex deployments and managing senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding, systems thinking, and experience building AI Agents.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and learning quickly in a startup environment.
• Passion for AI, automation, and shaping the future of customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Agent outcomes for customers, defining and delivering metrics that move the needle and identifying additional automation opportunities.
• Own the deployment lifecycle for AI Agents—from pre-sale scoping to launch and post-go-live optimization.
• Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agents with FDEs using Cresta's tools and latest tech to maximize customer ROI.
• Lead customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for AI Agent programs.
• Facilitate workshops with customer stakeholders to align on use cases, workflows, and success criteria while gathering feedback to improve the platform.
• Collaborate with FDEs to ensure smooth implementations and contribute feedback to the broader platform.
