Cresta is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager, AI Agent in the United States to create, deploy and optimize AI Agents that transform our customers’ businesses and delight their customers. You will own each AI Agent and lead cross‑functional teams with Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver outcomes and maximize customer ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technology Consulting, Implementations, Product, or Customer Success roles, ideally with AI or LLM first products.
• Hands‑on work style – curious with a bias for action, delivering with urgency and care.
• Experience leading complex deployments and managing senior customer relationships cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Agent outcomes for our customers and define metrics that move the needle.
• Own the deployment lifecycle from pre‑sale scoping to launch and post‑go‑live optimization.
• Design, build, test and iterate on AI agents with FDEs using internal tools and latest technologies.
• Lead customer relationships as the primary contact for AI Agents and help customers move faster.
