Job summary

Vibehackers seeks an Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager to work with the AI Agents team on deploying, optimizing, and measuring enterprise-grade agents. You will partner with Strategic and Fortune 500 customers, blend product thinking with prompt/context engineering, and drive data-driven decisions across pre-sales to post-launch lifecycles.

You'll collaborate with Forward-Deployed Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and iteratively improve agent playbooks

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., Product Management, Consulting, Implementations, Customer/Sales Engineering, Revenue & Sales Analysis, Investment Banking, Founder)
Hands-on work style with a bias for action and ability to deliver with urgency and care
Comfort working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a startup environment
Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

Drive AI Agent deployments across the customer lifecycle (pre-sales through post-launch optimization)
Define customer AI roadmaps using quantitative analysis and qualitative insights
Iterate on prompt and context engineering to meet customer business outcomes
Design and run evaluations and A/B tests of AI Agents using Cresta’s agent builder and internal tools
Improve playbooks for agent development and customer deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, go-to-market, and customer success
