Job summary

Cresta is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager for AI Agents to design, deploy, and optimize client-facing AI agents that drive customer outcomes. You will own the agent lifecycle from pre-sale to post-launch, work with Forward Deployed Engineers, and partner with product and engineering to build impactful solutions.

You'll lead customer relationships, run workshops with stakeholders, and help scale playbooks and capabilities while balancing speed and quality in a fast-growing SaaS

Qualifications

5+ years in tech consulting, implementations, product, or CS roles with AI exposure.
Hands-on, action-oriented with urgency and care.
Experience leading complex deployments and senior stakeholders.
Strong systems thinking and experience building AI agents.

Responsibilities

Own AI Agent outcomes and define metrics that move the needle.
Manage deployment lifecycle from scoping to post-go-live optimization.
Collaborate with FDEs and engineers to build and optimize AI Agents.
Lead customer relationships and be the primary point of contact.
Run workshops with stakeholders to align on use cases and success criteria.
Improve playbooks for agent development and deployment.
