Job summary

Vibehackers seeks an Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager to work with the AI Agents team on deploying, optimizing, and measuring enterprise-grade agents. You will partner with Strategic and Fortune 500 customers, blend product thinking with prompt/context engineering, and drive data-driven decisions across pre-sales to post-launch lifecycles.

You'll collaborate with Forward-Deployed Engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes and iteratively improve agent playbooks

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g., Product Management, Consulting, Implementations, Customer/Sales Engineering, Revenue & Sales Analysis, Investment Banking, Founder)
• Hands-on work style with a bias for action and ability to deliver with urgency and care
• Comfort working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a startup environment
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Drive AI Agent deployments across the customer lifecycle (pre-sales through post-launch optimization)

Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager on the AI Agents team responsible for creating, deploying, and optimizing AI Agents for enterprise customers, blending product management, prompt/context engineering, data-driven insights, and project leadership across pre-sales to post-launch lifecycle.

As an Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager on the AI Agents team, you will work directly with Strategic and Fortune 500 customers to create, deploy, and optimize AI Agents. This customer-facing role combines product thinking, prompt and context engineering, data-driven analysis, and project leadership alongside Forward-Deployed Engineers.

Compensation

• OTE Range: $130,000–$170,000 plus equity. Base and total compensation are location-based and dependent on experience and role fit.
