Job summary

Actively AI seeks an Agent Engagement Manager to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered workflows for enterprise GTM teams. You’ll embed with customer teams, architect integration into existing workflows, and drive ROI through continuous tuning of AI agents.

You will work with Sales, Forward Deployed Engineers, and leadership to transform customers into AI-first GTM orgs, blending product management, technical execution, and direct customer-facing work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in one or more: Product Management, Consulting, Investment Banking, former founder, GTM operator in early stage startups.
• Technical fluency with AI agent logic, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Skilled at working cross-functionally with technical teams like Product Engineering and FDEs.
• Proficient in SQL with strong analytical instincts to measure and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents tailored to each customer's GTM workflows.
• Own the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to map processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Run continuous optimization cycles by analyzing data and gathering feedback.
• Act as technical product advisor to leadership for AI-driven GTM roadmaps.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to build customized product solutions.
• Build and manage enablement programs for SDRs and AEs.
• Translate frontline insights into scalable product improvements and new use cases.
