TTEC Digital is searching for a professional to design and architect chat and voice bots while supporting business analysts in requirements gathering. The role requires expertise in Natural Language Understanding and Machine Learning, along with development experience in NodeJS, Python, or Java.

Compensation is anticipated to be between $120,000 and $150,000, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Expertise with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Machine Learning.
• Development experience with NodeJS, Python, or Java, including database knowledge.
• Experience with cloud services architecture, preferably Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Analysts with requirements gathering and solution design.
• Design and architect chat and voice bots.
• Collaborate to develop and support bots and applications.
• Guide and mentor teammates in their development.
