highbrow-tech LLC is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and modify middleware (AWS and Hyperautomation) and front-end web chat widgets for healthcare-oriented customer care solutions. The role is remote for a 12-month contract and requires 5 years of software development, plus 2 years with Node.js, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Docker and TypeScript.

Experience with cloud services, CI/CD, and Agile delivery is needed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional software development experience.
• 2 years of proven proficiency with Node.js, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Docker, and Typescript.
• Experience with AWS/Azure technologies including ECS, Fargate, RDS, Postgres, CloudFormation, S3, and CloudFront.
• Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.
• Familiarity with Agile project delivery and with Contact Center Cloud Technology and Virtual Assistants.

Responsibilities

AI Agent Developer (Chatbots & Customer Care Solutions- Health care Background preferable)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 Months contract

A Day in the Life:

• Evaluate, design, develop, and modify Middleware (AWS and Hyperautomation) and Front-End (Web Chat/Widget) applications.
• Familiarity with API integrations with Azure AI Services
• Develop system design documentation (including GUI design if required), perform coding, and test/debug programs.
• Assist in developing migration and system implementation plans.
• Recommend changes in development, maintenance, and system standards for the Tenants' solutions and the overall Virtual Assistant platform.
• Troubleshoot and correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, and compile documentation for program support.
• Collaboration with Network Team regarding implementation of DNS and Load Balancers.
• Monitor the performance and health of the VA Platform.
• Integration with other applications and Large Language Models using REST APIs.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

• 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• 2 years of demonstrated proficiency with Node.js, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Docker, and Typescript.
• Conversational and Generative AI experience (preferred, not required).
• Familiarity with Network Infrastructure (Firewalls, DNS, and F5 Load Balancers).
• Proficient understanding of code versioning with Git and CI/CD deployment using Jenkins/GitHub.
• Experience with AWS/Azure technologies including ECS, Fargate, RDS, Postgres, CloudFormation, S3, and CloudFront.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Self-starter that takes initiative in generating and comprehending documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile method of project delivery.
• Familiarity with Contact Center Cloud Technology and Virtual Assistants.

Pay: $20.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
