Job summary

highbrow-tech LLC is seeking an AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and modify middleware (AWS and Hyperautomation) and front-end web chat widgets for healthcare-oriented customer care solutions. The role is remote for a 12-month contract and requires 5 years of software development, plus 2 years with Node.js, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Docker and TypeScript.

Experience with cloud services, CI/CD, and Agile delivery is needed.

Qualifications

5 years of professional software development experience.
2 years of proven proficiency with Node.js, Vue.js, Socket.IO, Docker, and Typescript.
Experience with AWS/Azure technologies including ECS, Fargate, RDS, Postgres, CloudFormation, S3, and CloudFront.
Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written.
Familiarity with Agile project delivery and with Contact Center Cloud Technology and Virtual Assistants.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, design, develop, and modify Middleware (AWS and Hyperautomation) and Front-End (Web Chat/Widget) applications.
Integrate with Azure AI Services via REST APIs.
Develop system design documentation, code, test, and debug programs.
Assist in migration and implementation planning.
Recommend changes for maintenance and standards of the Virtual Assistant platform.
Troubleshoot, write operating instructions, and prepare documentation for support.
Collaborate with Network Team on DNS and Load Balancers.
Monitor performance and health of the VA Platform.
Integrate with other applications and Large Language Models.
