Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience taking tools from pilot to scaled, production use.
• Strong communication and facilitation with diverse account teams.
• Experience designing training and enablement programs for technical tools.
• Ability to collect and act on user feedback to drive improvement.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption metrics and user sentiment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary adoption and change-management contact for assigned control accounts through each release cycle.
• Lead hands-on training and enablement sessions for account teams adopting new AI agents or tools.
• Develop scripts for control accounts to follow and monitor adoption impact.
• Design and deliver tailored change-management materials and communications.
• Identify adoption blockers and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support accounts as they transition from pilot to production rollout.
• Collect structured usability and adoption feedback from control account teams.
• Synthesize feedback into actionable insights for product and leadership teams.
• Track adoption metrics, utilization, and user sentiment for assigned control groups.
• Recommend improvements to training content and rollout processes.
