JLL is seeking an Account AI Adoption Lead to drive hands-on adoption and change management for AI agent and tool rollouts within Work Dynamics - Technology Advisory. This client-facing role leads the adoption lifecycle from training to scaled rollout, aligning AI capabilities with business workflows and measurable value for clients.

The position requires 5-7 years in change management or digital transformation, with strong communication skills and experience in training technical tools.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs for technical tools or process changes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with diverse account-level teams.

• Adoption & Change Management Execution for AI agent/tool rollouts across accounts; lead trainings and enablement sessions.
• Collect feedback via surveys/interviews and translate into actionable insights for teams.
• Build relationships with account leaders and coordinate rollout timelines and success criteria.
• Maintain adoption dashboards and ensure smooth transition from pilot to full deployment.
