Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Account AI Adoption Lead to drive hands-on adoption and change management for AI agent/tool rollouts across designated control accounts within Work Dynamics — Technology Advisory. You will own the full adoption lifecycle, from training and enablement to feedback collection and scaled rollout support, partnering with product, operations, and client teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in change management or digital transformation roles.
• Experience operating tools from pilot to production rollout.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with diverse teams.
• Experience designing training programs for technical tools or processes.
• Ability to collect and act on user feedback to drive improvements.
• Analytical mindset with tracking of adoption metrics and sentiment.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and change-management for AI agent/tool rollouts across accounts.
• Deliver hands-on training, enablement sessions, and workshops.
• Create account-specific change-management materials and playbooks.
• Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and report utilization metrics.
• Maintain adoption dashboards and coordinate handoffs during rollout.
• Engage stakeholders and align with product, enablement, and operations.
