JLL seeks an Account AI Adoption Lead to drive hands-on adoption and change management for AI agents and tools within Work Dynamics — Technology Advisory. You will own the adoption lifecycle across assigned control accounts, from training through scaled rollout, working with account teams and leadership to measure impact and ROI.

The role requires 5–7 years in change management or digital transformation, with strong communication, training design, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of experience in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs.
• Proven ability to collect, synthesize, and act on user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Lead adoption and change-management activities for AI tool rollouts across assigned accounts.
• Develop and deliver training, enablement sessions, and workshops for account teams.
• Monitor adoption metrics, utilization, and feedback to drive improvements across tools and processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and leadership to align rollout priorities and success criteria.
