Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account AI Adoption Lead to drive hands-on adoption and change management for AI agent and AI tool rollouts across assigned control accounts within Work Dynamics - Technology Advisory. This role owns the full adoption lifecycle from training through rollout, serving as the execution engine for AI transformation and measurable value delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in change management, technology adoption, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience in operations and technology operationalization—from pilot into production.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for diverse account teams.
• Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programs for technical tools.
• Proven ability to collect, synthesize, and act on user feedback.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption metrics and user sentiment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary adoption and change-management contact for assigned accounts through each release cycle.
• Lead hands-on training and enablement sessions for account teams adopting new AI agents or tools.
• Develop scripts for accounts to monitor adoption and measure agent impact.
• Design and deliver tailored change-management materials for each account.
• Identify adoption blockers and propose actionable remediation.
• Support transition from pilot to broader production rollout.
• Collect usability feedback via surveys, interviews, observation.
• Synthesize feedback into actionable product and rollout insights.
• Track utilization metrics, adoption rates, and user sentiment.
• Coordinate with leadership and product teams on rollout priorities.
