Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Account AI Adoption Lead to drive hands-on adoption and change management for AI agent and tool rollouts within Work Dynamics - Technology Advisory. This client-facing role leads the full adoption lifecycle from training to scaled deployment, aligning technology with people and processes to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in change management, tech adoption, or digital transformation.
• Experience turning pilot into scaled production use.
• Strong communication and facilitation with diverse teams.
• Experience designing training and enablement for technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and change-management for AI tool releases across accounts.
• Execute hands-on training, enablement sessions, and workshops.
• Develop account-specific rollout materials, playbooks, and dashboards.
