Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience; live production experience on sow farms preferred.
• Valid USA driver's license is required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (or French) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and customer support for all Maximus products.
• Handle incoming tech support calls and emails.
• Coordinate with support teams and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Train customers and equipment installers on product functions.
• Collaborate with sales team to provide optimal project solutions.
