Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant technical background or equivalent experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to pass motor-vehicle background check; vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during repair and/or installation at customer sites.
• Maintain safe work practices and report safety incidents promptly.
• Improve customer responsiveness by sales calls, walk-downs, and proposing solutions.
• Complete required reports promptly to support follow-up and invoicing.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance data accuracy.
• Uphold service quality by adhering to department guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain proficiency with vibration analysis and laser alignment equipment.
• Generate sales leads and populate CRM data for aftermarket visibility.
