Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience; live production experience preferred.
• Valid USA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tech support calls via Zendesk software.
• Coordinate with support teams and follow up with Zendesk.
• Train equipment installers on setup processes.
• Provide guidance and follow-up for system performance.
• Collaborate with sales and distributors for project solutions.
