Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking a Sr. Agile Transformation Coach to guide a strategic shift from traditional to Agile methodologies across the organization. The role focuses on coaching executives, teams, and programs to adopt Agile values, frameworks, and practices, including SAFe, Scrum, and DevOps.

The successful candidate will lead training, develop coaching materials, and deliver presentations to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring sustained Agile adoption and rapid delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching and transformation.
• Experience delivering Agile transformation at scale in large enterprises.
• Experience working with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional groups in Agile values, SAFe, and Scrum concepts.
• Coach Agile evangelists to raise organizational maturity.
• Coach Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, story mapping, estimation, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives.
• Track and report Agile metrics; identify and address impediments.
• Develop and deliver Agile training materials and presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create coaching materials and programs.
• Communicate progress and plans to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Provide strategic leadership to accelerate delivery and align teams.
