Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of agile practices, SAFe framework, and related techniques.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SSM, or equivalent).
• Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or Rally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate the agile process, ensuring Scrum adherence.
• Coach and mentor the team on agile principles, practices, and values.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments hindering the team from achieving goals.
• Collaborate with the product owner to refine the backlog and prioritize work.
• Ensure the team delivers high-quality products.
• Help the team continuously improve processes and practices.
• Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
