Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services is seeking an Agile Transformation Leader to strengthen enterprise execution by defining governance, establishing operating rhythms, and creating systems that improve predictability across ARTs and Solution Trains in a fully remote US role.

You will coach leaders, shape lean portfolio practices, translate strategic priorities into delivery signals, and partner with Metrics Governance, Value Management, and CORE to align flow, maturity, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification and Certified CORE Professional (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• 8–10+ years of Agile/Lean transformation experience, including leading and scaling ARTs or Solution Trains.
• Proven ability to translate strategic transformation objectives into actionable roadmaps and enterprise standards with a strong executive influence skills with demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex organizational challenges.
• Advanced facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with experience using metrics and insights to drive transformation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Agile Transformation: Own and prioritize the enterprise Agile transformation backlog, OKRs, and multi‑year roadmap.
• Define readiness, governance, and adoption mechanisms that drive predictable execution across ARTs and Solution Trains.
• Adapt SAFe and Lean‑Agile practices to RTX’s operating environment using ASPC expertise.
• Identify and resolve systemic cross-team impediments to improve flow, transparency, and alignment.
• Coach senior leaders, directors, managers, RTEs, and Scrum Masters to strengthen Agile leadership, governance discipline, and decision‑quality.
