Apex Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Agile Transformation Coach to lead and mentor teams across the enterprise in applying Agile, SAFe, and Scrum practices.

This remote US role requires a track record of transforming large organizations and partnering with executives to drive agility. The candidate will coach cross-functional groups, develop training materials, and present progress to stakeholders while removing impediments to accelerate delivery.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience as an Agile coach or transformation leader.
• Experience in large-scale Agile transformations and coaching executives.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship not available.

Responsabilidades

• Teach, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile values and SAFe.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and train teams in Agile practices.
• Develop coaching materials and monitor Agile metrics across programs.
