Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Lead Agilist III to guide agile squads, coaching them toward self-organization and continuous improvement while delivering business value through servant leadership.

The role involves facilitating Scrum events, guiding the Product Owner, removing impediments, and fostering a safe, collaborative environment. 5+ years of Scrum Master experience and strong communication are required; AI exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years of full-time business experience.
5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
Experience removing blockers from a team.
Experience with information security teams.
Experience or exposure to AI embedded in solutions.

Responsibilities

Coach Agile Squads in self-organization, continuous improvement, cross-functionality, risk identification, and conflict resolution.
Facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement.
Guide Product Owner and Development Team in Product Backlog management.
Remove impediments and shield the team from external interference.
Promote feedback loops, metrics and information radiators for improvement.
Foster agility through CI/CD and Test-Driven Development.
Model collaborative, courageous and open behavior.
Coordinate with stakeholders for alignment and delivery of business value.
