Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Sr. Agile Transformation Coach to lead and mentor across the organization, promoting Agile values and practices in a remote US setting. The role focuses on scaling Agile through SAFe, Scrum, and DevOps, coaching executives, and delivering strategic guidance to remove impediments.

You will work with cross-functional teams, develop training materials, and deliver presentations to diverse stakeholders, ensuring successful agile adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Agile coaching and transformation.
• Experience coaching at scale in large enterprises with senior executives.
• Knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, XP, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with metrics and reporting in Agile environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Teach, lead, and mentor cross-functional groups to build Agile values, SAFe, and Scrum concepts.
• Identify and coach Agile evangelists to raise maturity across the org.
• Coach teams in sprint planning, user story mapping, estimations, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives.
• Track and monitor Agile project metrics and address issues.
• Provide structured and ad-hoc training in Agile principles and practices.
• Develop coaching materials and communications for stakeholders.
• Prepare artifacts related to Agile practice, progress, and plans.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders and facilitate sessions.
• Provide strategic thought leadership to accelerate delivery.
• Foster collaboration across teams to align program goals.
