Job summary

Bridge-Atlantic is seeking an Agile Delivery & Transformation Lead to guide clients through agile transformations and lead large-scale enterprise programs. You will blend advisory services with hands-on delivery leadership, acting as a trusted advisor while ensuring delivery best practices.

The role involves standing up and running Agile Release Trains, coordinating multiple teams, and partnering with Product Owners to de-risk delivery. Indianapolis-based with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience spanning Agile coaching/transformation in technology delivery or consulting environments.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise platform programs (SAP, Salesforce, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess client Agile maturity and design target operating models, team topologies, and governance structures.
• Lead Agile Release Trains and coordinate multiple teams for aligned delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners/Managers to manage program backlog and resolve dependencies.
• Establish and report ART-level metrics to client leadership.
• Surface and resolve program-level risks and impediments.
