Job summary

Everforth Apex seeks a Senior Design Program Manager to lead complex design initiatives and align delivery with strategic goals. You will drive Agile ceremonies, manage multi-project schedules, and coordinate with Product, Design, and Engineering to remove blockers and keep programs on track.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience guiding cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments to deliver high-quality digital products and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming).
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Experience using Jira or similar project tracking tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and remove roadblocks for teams.
• Experience tracking team progress and managing priorities.
• Expertise in Figma, Miro, or other collaboration tools.
