Capital Insurance Group is seeking an Agency Development Manager to oversee relationships with agency partners across a California territory, driving profitable growth for agricultural, commercial, and personal lines. The role involves identifying opportunities, training agencies on systems, and coordinating with in-house resources for pricing and quoting.

The candidate should have extensive experience in insurance, be willing to travel up to 75% of the week, and be capable of working remotely

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ongoing insurance education with certifications such as IIA, AFIS, CPCU, or CIC.

Responsabilidades

• The Agency Development Manager manages relationships with agency partners in an assigned territory, identifies strategic partners, and plans for profitable growth.
• Supports agencies to maximize production across Agricultural, Commercial Lines, and Personal Lines.
