Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ongoing insurance education with certifications such as IIA, AFIS, CPCU, or CIC.

Responsibilities

• The Agency Development Manager manages relationships with agency partners in an assigned territory, identifies strategic partners, and plans for profitable growth.
• Supports agencies to maximize production across Agricultural, Commercial Lines, and Personal Lines.
