Job summary

Dotdigital is seeking a Retention Partner Manager to own ongoing education and enablement for its agency partners. This role focuses on retaining and expanding existing partnerships, not new business development.

You will work with hundreds of partners to deepen their use of Alia, driving value across their client portfolios and contributing to revenue growth. Remote and NYC-on-site options are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ongoing partner/client relationships post-sale; retention & growth focus.
• Track record of growing revenue or engagement within existing accounts.
• Experience in a partner, channel, or customer success function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support education and enablement of the entire agency partner network.
• Educate and engage partners via Lunch & Learns, enablement sessions, and workshops.
• Initiate co-marketing efforts (case studies, white papers, webinars, social content).
• Keep partners informed on new features and updates relevant to referrals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams for partner needs.
• Maintain a revenue mindset around enabling and activating partners.
